Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible to enter this competition you must be an existing current Global Auto Spares Trade account customer (resellers excluded) (‘Eligible Entrant’).
2. Employees and immediate families of GPC Asia Pacific, Global Auto Spares and NGK Spark Plug (Australia) Pty. Ltd. (‘NGK’) and their associated agencies, and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter the draw entrants must be aged 18 years or older and an Australian resident.
4. To qualify for entry into a random draw you must purchase $250 (ex GST) worth of ‘KYB Suspension Products’ (Shock Absorbers, Struts, Cabin Dampers, Suspension Mounting Kits and/or Protection Kits) cumulatively from Global Auto Spares during August 2018.
5. The Eligible Entrant will automatically receive one entry into the competition for the first cumulative purchase of $250 (ex GST) and each additional $200 (ex GST) worth of KYB Suspension Products during the promotional period. Entries are unlimited for the promotional period, as long as they qualify against the set criteria (refer to 1, 2, 3 and 4), e.g. If after the initial purchase of $250 (ex GST) you purchase an additional $200 (ex GST) of KYB Suspension Products during August 2018 you will receive another entry into the draw (1 for qualifying and 1 for each $200 (ex GST) spent thereafter).
6. Promotional Period is from 01/08/2018 8:00 am AEST to 31/08/2018 5:30 pm AEST.
7. Prizes & Values:
   • 2 x Panasonic SC-HTB688 3.1Ch Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer RRP $449
   • Each winner will win 1 x Panasonic Soundbar
     • Note: NGK reserve the right to replace the prize with similar product of equal or greater value should the above product be unavailable.
   • Total Prize Value = $898 (incl. GST)
   • Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
8. Each entry will be placed into a random draw to take place at 10.00 am (AEST) on 11/09/2018 at GPC Asia Pacific, 22 Enterprise Drive, Rowville, VIC 3178.
   • Note:  The first 2 entries drawn will be the winners of the competition.
   • Note: Limited to 1 x Panasonic Soundbar per Trade Account customer and excluding National Company Owned Accounts.
9. The Winners will be notified by telephone on 11/09/2018 and in writing within 14 days of the draw, by Global Auto Spares.
10. Once the winners are notified, a business address will be provided by the winner. NGK will then arrange the delivery of the prize to that address, within one month after winners are notified.
11. All winners’ details will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be used for any additional purposes.
12. Redraw: If the prize is not claimed or is not distributed within 90 days of the draw date an unclaimed/undistributed prize draw will be conducted on 11/12/2018 at GPC Asia Pacific, 22 Enterprise Drive, Rowville, VIC 3178 at 10:00 am (AEDT). The winners will be notified by telephone and by email sent within 14 days of draw dates.
13. All decisions by the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
15. Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the draw.
16. By entering this promotion, winners accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to utilise their prize. The winners release the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of the prize.
17. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.
18. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
19. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
20. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
